Celebrate quality and passion in the service of genuine customer happiness.

This day, while marked primarily by very sad events and sour notes, ended with synchronized earnings announcements by my two favorite model brands of consistency and purpose: Apple and Chipotle. And both had people scratching their heads in disbelief.

Believe it folks. If you deliver on your promises, if you devote yourself to customer satisfaction above all else, and keep Wall Street at the end of the chain where it belongs, the market will find you, even in tough times.

You said it. In tough times, there's always a flight to value. And that doesn't mean having the cheapest price, but simply the best blend of price, utility & ...well, value.
