Sobering notes from Davos on the crisis in trust.

If you've read various posts here on restoring trust and the four absolutes in branding, then you know how dire I feel the need is to rebuild from the foundation up. I just read a post from Jeff Jarvis on The Edelman Trust Barometer presentation at Davos that is worth the time to read, worth the time to ponder. We all have work to do. Trust will be restored one relationship at a time, one interaction at a time.
