More good lessons about getting lost in translation.

Great post by Tom Foreman on CNN about the importance of learning the local language. And although the subject is politics, the relevance is to branding and connecting with your audience, regardless of the setting or product category.

Besides all that, this is a really well-crafted piece, full of light chuckles, and worth enjoying on that basis alone.
