Simply delightful

Like Chipotle, Apple stores have now started moving to use of handheld POS scanners, a trend now commonplace with just about every car-rental company. It's a wonderful thing, recognizing the value of time on both sides of the transaction. I know, as a customer, I hate to be made to wait to complete a purchase that I concluded long ago in my mind. One more potential negative removed from the brand experience. And one more good example of reinforcing the walls of a competitive moat.
