Happy Sunday

Good day to enjoy the solitude and spend a little time reflecting on the spirituality at the core of brand relationships. I've always been an advocate and student of brand mantras, especially those that tumble out of the mouths of customers, honest and authentic and genuinely unvarnished. A great brand lives. It is fallible, imperfect, sometimes messy. But it remains true to itself, genuine in all its idiosyncrasies.
